This luxury Siesta Key vacation rental is in the heart of Siesta Key Village! You are only 3 houses from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach, and only 2 houses from the entrance to Siesta Key Village. Siesta Key Beach and all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more in Siesta Key Village are just a quick 1-minute or less walk away! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the Free Trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

Now for the home itself! Let’s start with outdoor covered patios, balconies, pool area, and entertainment spaces. The exterior spaces are sure to be a guest favorite! The saltwater pool is a true resort style pool, and it features a waterslide, beach entry, sun shelf with loungers, and heated spa. The pool patio is largely a covered patio space, featuring a sunken outdoor living room with TV, bar area with TV, and outdoor grill (natural gas). These spaces are all within the fenced in back yard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). The fun with these exterior spaces doesn’t end on the ground level though. As you go up, you’ll find multiple balconies with seating and amazing views on all levels, ending at the roof top deck that features wide open Gulf of Mexico, Siesta Key Beach, and City views.

Once inside this approximately 4,000 square foot home, you will immediately notice the elevator with service to all floors, as well as the vaulted ceilings, beautiful carpentry and interior design, the quality craftsmanship and spacious feel throughout the home. This home provides 7 bedrooms (all with en suite baths), 7 full baths and 1 half bath throughout the home. There are a total of 6 king beds, and 2 sets of full over full bunk beds that comfortably sleep 18 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space as it includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home. The kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. There are 2 balconies off this great room space. Additionally, this home features a club room or secondary living space. The club room features a wet bar, living area and TV, and access to a balcony and the rooftop deck.

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TV in all bedrooms.

Accessibility - in addition to the home’s elevator access to all levels, most doorways and walkways are 30 inches or larger, and you will find walk-in showers in baths 1-6. Please see the Photos, 3D Tour, & Video for this home

Floor Plan Description (by level):

Ground Level:

This home provides free parking on the ground level via covered parking for 2 vehicles, with the driveway accommodating another 2 vehicles depending on size. On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and back yard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. The pool, as previously described, is incredible! The covered patio nearby includes a sunken living area with TV and ample seating, bar area with seating for 12, beverage refrigerator, ice maker, TV, and outdoor grill (natural gas). There are ceiling fans throughout this space, and a ping pong table for added fun. The home’s beach equipment is stored in the pool patio as well, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at the home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above from this covered patio space.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a full sized pantry, range with cooktop and oven, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The living area features a smart TV with streaming services and ample seating. The dining area here seats 15 persons comfortably, with 10 persons at the dining table and 5 additional seats available at the kitchen island bar top. There are also 2 balconies on this level. The front balcony has tables and chairs, and peaking Gulf views down Columbus Drive. The rear balcony overlooks the pool, and it features an outdoor seating and lounging space. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor including the master bedroom. The master features a king bed with 'his and her' walk-in closets, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large 'wet room' with oversized shower and soaker tub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also on this level, each featuring king beds, smart TVs, and en Suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryer units is also located on this level.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level’s main space is the club room. It features a wet bar with beverage fridge and bar top seating for 8 people, and a living area with large smart TV, gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4, and balcony access with views of the city, Siesta Key Beach, and the Gulf of Mexico. This balcony provides the stair access to the rooftop deck. There are also 4 bedrooms on this floor; bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 feature king beds, smart TVs with en suite baths, and walk-in showers. The final bedroom, bedroom 7, is the bunk room with 2 full over full bunk beds and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo that is shared with the club room.

The Rooftop Deck:

Features views, views, and more views. This tasteful space provides comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying sunrise over the Siesta Key Village, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, so be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing perch overlooking all of Siesta Key.

"We stayed at The Oasis in Siesta Key in November and it was amazing. The house was beautiful and incredibly clean. The Vunique staff was super responsive to all requests and even fixed a ceiling fan that wouldn't turn on! The location of this house was perfect - nestled between Siesta Village and the beach. They also hooked us up with Norm at Sarasota Concierge to help stock the house and make us dinner one night. Highly recommend him and his team as well! My only regret is not staying longer...

"We had a wonderful week long stay at this pristine beach home. It was immaculate when we arrived. All bed rooms were luxurious. The kitchen was high end, with every convenience. Large TVs available in all bedrooms and living spaces. The pool area was enjoyable for our group, ages 1-60! We couldn’t have had a better location, 4 houses away from the beach and a block from the shopping and eating area. Such a great place for an extended family! Double washer and dryer, multiple decks on each side of the home, comfortable furniture. Great communication with the host and very easy to access and close up. Wonderful choice in Siesta Key! "The Oasis was the perfect vacation home for our annual family vacation. It was our family's first time in Siesta Key and it was perfect for our large group. We had from toddlers to teenagers, grandparents and young adults and everyone had an amazing time, mostly because this house was amazing. The different levels allow for privacy and possibility for little ones to rest while older ones are still having a good time in common areas. Everything was exactly like the pictures, clean and in perfect condition. The reservation process was very smooth and all the staff at Vunique was always helpful and friendly. We had some minor service issues during our week-long stay and they were taken care of immediately and always in the friendliest most helpful ways. The beach supplies were super helpful for the super short walk to the beach. Even having the most spectacular beach a few steps away, it was hard for everyone to leave the house because it was so great! We will certainly be returning to The Oasis!

"We had a relaxing family reunion stay at this home. Beautiful property and very close to both beach and town. Pool and other amenities were great (ping pong table, beach supplies, etc.) Only downside, although it wouldn't cause me to remove a star, is the induction stove. Can only use specific pots and pans in the house and didn't have a large pot which made it difficult sometimes to cook for 15 people. The property manager was very attentive. "We stayed at Vunique Vacation's Oasis Property in Siesta Keys. Start with LOCATION. This was our third time staying in SK and this location is the best. A block from the beach and a block from the middle of downtown. A really cool bit is that the property has beach bikes. Have you ever had an adult beverage on the beach and felt the call of nature? Walking back to the house, no matter how close, is a pain. Zipping a block to the house on a bike...no problem. AMENITIES. This house is equipped. Starting with the backyard, the Oasis with a great pool, slide and sauna was great. Not to mention multiple large screen TV's to watch football. The kitchen was well equipped. Our private chef was able to whip up Rack of Lamb Provencal, Grilled Steak, Pasta with Celery & Parmesan, Bistro Clams, Clams Casino, Stuffed Clams, Steak Bit Canapés, Grilled Shrimp with Southwestern Sauce. The rooms were great with multiple Master Suites and the game room for the kiddies was a big hit. SERVICE. Our coordinator Allie was great. She was able to answer our questions within minutes making sure our stay was perfect.

Amazing Property

"This is the first time I have been compelled to write a review for a VRBO property. We can't say enough good things about this house and it's location! We had a family vacation with 11 people (6 adults, 2 teens 1 tween, a 5yr old, and 2 yr old) and the home was perfect. 7 large bedrooms to give everyone their own space, large kitchen and dining area, fantastic pool, outdoor sunken living room, ping pong, video gaming area...the list goes on and on. But perhaps the best feature was the proximity to both the beach and the shops/restaurants/grocery store area of Siesta Key. Less than a block one way to the beach, just over a block to the shopping and dining. No packing everyone up for a trek to the beach. If just a few people wanted to go, no problem. Want to go back to the house for lunch, 3 minute walk. The only minor issue at all was that there are limited sundries provided by the host (toilet paper (single ply at a home this nice...really!?), laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.) so if you will be staying for an extended period of time, just know you'll have to restock. As we always do towards the end of our vacations, we start planning the next one. We have already had discussions about staying at this same property again! (VRBO Guest)

"We were a group of 3 families that absolutely loved staying at this property and we will be back! Many hours each day were spent having fun in the pool. The beach is also amazing and so close. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants, grocery, ice cream, etc. The house was stocked with nice kitchen tools and plenty of plates and glassware. "Nothing previous reviewers have written about this fabulous property is overstated. It is thoughtfully laid out and furnished, has magnificent outdoor living space and is an invitation to island life at its best. Picture a week without getting in a car and the choice of lounging on a pristine quartz beach or at your private tropical resort each day. Imagine strolling into the village with numerous outstanding dining choices or grilling poolside and watching tv in the huge sunken living room on the lanai... We have rented many lovely homes on the islands over the past 10 years when our large family comes to visit, but none as outstanding as The Oasis. It is set up for you to come with just your suitcase...Vunique's staff has thought of just about everything you might need. And if it's not at the house, the local market and shops are just steps away. (If you have a baby, you will need a rental company to drop off baby equipment. There are several that serve the key.) Should you have any questions or issues, your personal operations manager is but a text away. Andrew was terrific, responding to every inquiry within minutes. And when your vacation is over all too soon, you pack up your personal belongings and Vunique's outstanding housekeepers take care of all the cleaning and linens. Hats off to Vunique Vacations for providing an outstanding luxury rental experience!

Breathtaking

"I’ve thought about this review the entire week we spent at this stunning house. Very rarely does one encounter a property that is even better than the pictures - but this home gave us chills when we entered! We were a group of 18 high school girls and moms and we couldn’t imagine a better home for our spring break. The location is PERFECT! The kids could walk anywhere in just a few minutes - the beach is a block away at the end of the street, the restaurants, shoppes and market are just a block in the other direction. We felt so lucky not to be fighting traffic because we walked everywhere! And we could see the sunset right from the roof! The house is so well thought out - the layout is absolutely amazing for a large group. There are so many different hang out spaces that everyone was happy and comfortable. The pool is a true oasis- with gorgeous vegetation for privacy. Nitty gritty- The beds are comfortable, the room sizes were generous. The only thing that was lacking at all were drawers/dressers in some of the bedrooms- that would’ve helped a lot with a big group. There are tons of pool towels, wagons to take to the market/beach, 4 bikes and about 8 beach chairs. There are also TWO washers and TWO dryers, two full size refrigerators, a free standing freezer, ice maker and 3 beverage refrigerators. We used the grill several times with no problems. DO NOT HESITATE- rent the Oasis if your group would like a vacation to remember!
