This Lido Key vacation rental is just steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key that are known for their ‘shelling’. It is also just a short bike ride (4-min) or enjoyable walk to St. Armand’s Circle (10-min) where you’ll have access to Lido Key’s best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! Everything is walkable! There is something for everyone in St. Armand’s Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail, and it’s always a guest favorite. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, as well as more fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, are all just within 30 minutes to 2 hours away!

You’re going to love this pool area! With an oversized resort style, saltwater heated pool and spa, sun shelf for lounging, bubblers and lights, and a waterslide, you are guaranteed to smile! The covered patio has a large smart TV, seating and dining, ping pong, and an outdoor grill. All of this sits within the fenced in back yard filled with lush native landscaping for privacy and security. The home is family friendly, and the back yard is perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). As you go up to the levels above, you’ll find multiple balconies and a roof top deck with seating and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, and the downtown Sarasota skyline. These exterior entertainment spaces via the pool area, covered patios, balconies, and roof top deck truly make this home special.

This home provides nearly 3,300 square feet of interior living space. There are 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and 5 of the 6 bedrooms providing balcony access. The home also offers 7 full baths and 1 half bath. The home comfortably sleeps 16 persons in beds via 5 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. The great room includes the chef’s kitchen, as well as the living space and dining areas of the home. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all the products and manufacturers that you’ve told us you want in your guest feedback! This home also has a club room, or secondary living space. Just off the great room and club room spaces you’ll find oversized balconies with seating and dining. This home was truly built with your vacation in mind, and our unmatched service makes the experience just that much better!

This Lido Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TV in all bedrooms.

Accessibility - in addition to the home’s elevator access to all levels (except rooftop deck), most doorways and walkways are 30 inches or larger, and walk-in showers in Bath 1-5. Please see the Photos, 3D Tour, & Video for this home.

Floor Plan Description:

Ground Level:

This home provides free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered and 2 in driveway). The home’s beach equipment is stored in the pool patio, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer here as well for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier as well. The ground level space features the fully fenced pool and back yard area, including the covered patio space. The pool is, well, just look at the photos, it’s awesome! And, next to it are loungers for sunning and relaxing, you’ll love every minute of your time here. The adjacent covered patio provides a wonderful outdoor living space with soft seating, dining table for 6 persons, a large smart TV, ping pong, and an outdoor grill (natural gas). There are ceiling fans throughout this space for added comfort. From the ground level, you’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator to the home's two (2) living levels above and stairs to all floors including the rooftop deck.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

Features the Great Room with fully stocked chef’s kitchen that includes: a full-sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, wall mounted double ovens, oversized cooktop with exhaust vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The great room also includes a custom dining table for 8, island bar top seating for 6, and a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath. There is a balcony off this space, offering additional dining for 6 and other seating options. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature king beds, both with balcony access and en-suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower and vanity. Bedroom 6, the bunk room, features 2 sets of custom-built full over full bunk beds. This bunk room has an en-suite bathroom that has a vanity and shower/tub combination. The laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryer units and a half bath are also on this level.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

On this level, you will find the spacious club room or secondary living area. It provides a living area with a large TV and gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4, a foosball table, and an arcade console with classics like Pac-Man and Galaga! There is a full bath supporting this club room. This club room has access to a charming balcony space with seating and access to the rooftop deck (via spiral stairs), providing beautiful Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key, and downtown Sarasota views. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor, including the master bedroom. The home’s master bedroom offers balcony access with seating and rooftop deck access, and features a king bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large shower with free-standing bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 5 are the remaining 2 bedrooms, and both feature a king bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower.

Rooftop Deck:

This elevated balcony space provides seating and fantastic views, providing the perfect space for enjoying sunrises and sunsets, and open views of Lido Key, St. Armand’s Circle, the Gulf of Mexico, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.

"This was our second visit to Endless Summer. We went last year the last week of January and liked the house so much, we could not wait to return. The house has everything that 8 retired friends could want. We made a few suggestions about things that would have made our stay better last year and every request was fulfilled. The house is spotless and the beds are the best! Even though we had some cool days, the pool and hot tub were wonderful on those days. Vunique is accommodating and provided for our every need. "Our stay was delightful. The weather was sunny, mid 70’s each day. The house is a short walk from the beach, but after the first day, we were used to it. The owner provided beach towels and chairs and wagons to transport them. There are so many good things to say about this property. We loved it. "We had the most wonderful visit. We have already booked for next year. One of the showers leaked but someone came immediately to fix it. Vunique is a great rental agency. . The only thing we needed were a few more casserole bowls, plastic containers and lids for leftovers, and smaller plates for salad or desert. We made do with what we had. We probably cooked more than most people do because we have some excellent cooks in our group so may not be a problem for others. The kitchen just begs to be used. The house and all the amenities are WONDERFUL. So clean!

"We were looking for a property close to the beach and Longboat key for our daughters wedding. We had our adult children and family friends stay with us. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. We loved hanging out on the Lanai and pool. For the beach days, the 2 wagons, coolers and chairs were perfect. Very short walk. "Endless Summer was all it was cracked up to be. It was just as shown in the pictures and was in new home condition. Vunique Vacations clearly knows what they are doing. Very professional, very responsive and proactive. We were there just before hurricane Ian hit and they were totally on top of it with early warning and great advice that we leave a day early so we could get out of the area before landfall. The 6 bedrooms were perfect for our all adult family as 5 of the 6 rooms had either King or Queen beds and all 6 had their own bathrooms. The house was well stocked with towels, pool towels, kitchenware and 2 washers, 2 dryers so packing light is recommended for week or longer stays. And the house behind it is identical and potentially available for even larger groups. The house was not crowded either. TVs we’re easy to use as well. We loved it and we will definitely stay here again and recommend staying with Vunique properties if you need something smaller. Their attention to detail, cleanliness and up-to-date nature of the properties is unmatched.

Paradise Found!

"Nicest vacation home we've ever stayed in... beautiful inside and out, so many amenities and just a short walk to the beach.. easy walk or bike ride to multiple restaurants and shops. Large kitchen and island opened to the family room, great for all 14 of us to be able to hang out together for dinner/drinks. Extra refrigerator, freezer and wine cooler gave us plenty of space for food & drinks. Bikes, chairs and coolers provided!! So clean, also fully stocked with appliances, lots of dishes, silverware, linens etc. But best of all was the amazing pool w/ slide and hot tub!! Hard to decide to go to beach or just stay in pool all day!! Property manager even checked in to make sure we were good...I'd highly recommend without any hesitation!!

"The week we spent at Endless Summer was one of our best vacations to date. It had the perfect amount of room for three families to have time together and still be able to get away for alone time. 14 of us total. 3 sets of parents and children ranging from 17-21. The house was laid out perfectly for our needs. The beach is at the end of the street- a 5 minute or less walk. We spent lots of time in the private pool with slide. The house was clean and exactly as described. I would rent this property again. The staff at Vunique came by at the beginning of our stay to answer any questions we had about the property. They were very friendly and helpful.

"This house is absolutely awesome! The pool area is a paradise! We loved all the outside sitting areas and napping on couch by the pool with the fans and breeze from the gulf was just fabulous! Sally and Sarah were great hosts and responded quickly to all our questions and needs. This management company was the best we have ever seen! The house was really big and could have accommodated more people than we had but we felt like we were royalty in this house. Can't say enough about everything.
