The BEST HOME for a Lido Key vacation! It’s just steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key that are known for their ‘shelling’, and steps from St. Armand’s Circle providing access to Lido Key’s best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! Walkability is 100! There is something for everyone in St. Armand’s Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail. It’s always a guest favorite. This luxury home has direct access to a private bayou with access to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, so bring your boat, or use the kayak and paddleboard provided with this home and launch from your private dock and enjoy this private marine sanctuary! Manatees, dolphins, birds, and more are frequent visitors! You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Sarasota (2 miles away) for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, as well as more fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, are all just within 30 minutes to 2 hours away!

This home’s outdoor spaces, from the pool area, covered patio, balconies, and roof top deck, are next level! There are so many outdoor living spaces to enjoy! The oversized resort style, saltwater heated pool and spa, sun shelf for lounging, bubblers and lights, and a waterslide are all guest favorites! The covered patio has a large smart TV, bar area, seating and dining, and an outdoor grill. All of this sits within the fenced in back yard, filled with lush native landscaping for privacy and security, and directly on Pansy Bayou. The home is family friendly, and the back yard is perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). Adjacent to this space, just off the covered pool area is the home’s club room that functions as a game room. As you go up to the levels above, you’ll find multiple balconies and a roof top deck with seating and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.

This home provides nearly 4,400 square feet of interior living space. There are 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms - 6 full baths and 1 half bath. The home comfortably sleeps 16 persons in beds via 1 California king bed, 4 king beds, and 1 full over queen bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. The great room includes the chef’s kitchen, as well as the living space and dining areas of the home. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with all the products and manufacturers that you’ve told us you want in your guest feedback! This home also has a club room/game room on the ground level. Just off the great room space you’ll find oversized balconies with seating and dining, and stair access to the home’s oversized rooftop deck with amazing 360 views. This home was truly built with your vacation in mind, and our unmatched service makes the experience just that much better!

This Lido Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

Accessibility - in addition to the home’s elevator access to all levels (except rooftop deck), most doorways and walkways are 30 inches or larger, and walk-in showers in Baths 1-5. Please see the Photos, 3D Tour, & Video for this home

Floor Plan Description:

Ground Level:

This home provides free parking for up to 6 vehicles (2 covered and 4 in driveway). The home’s beach equipment is stored in the garage, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer here as well for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier as well. The ground level space features the fully fenced pool and back yard area, including the covered patio space, dock and water access, and more. The backyard is a paradise! The connected covered patio provides a wonderful outdoor living space with multiple soft seating options, dining table for 6 persons + bar seating for 4, a large smart TV, and an outdoor grill (natural gas). There are ceiling fans throughout this space for added comfort. Adjacent to this space, just off the covered pool area is the home’s club room that features soft seating, TV, ping pong, and multi-sport simulator (golf, bowling, hockey, soccer and more). From the ground level, you’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator to the home's two (2) living levels above and stairs to all floors including the rooftop deck.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This home is unique in that it is an elevated single-story home. Upon entering this elevated living area via the stairs or elevator, you’ll enter the home’s great room, which features the fully stocked chef’s kitchen that includes: a full-sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, oversized cooktop and range with exhaust vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The great room also includes a dining table for 10, island bar top seating for 6, a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath. There is a large balcony off this space offering dining for 8, and a separate soft seating area just off Bedroom 3 where you’ll also access the staircase to the rooftop deck. All 6 bedrooms for this home are located on this floor, with 4 bedrooms having water views, and 2 bedrooms having balcony access. Master bedroom 1 has balcony access and water views, a California king bed, and an oversized en-suite bathroom that includes 2 vanities, walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and walk-in closet. Master bedroom 2 has a king bed, a cozy seating nook with peaking Gulf views, a workspace, walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and private water closet. Bedroom 3 has balcony access and bayou water views, a king bed, and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, peaking Gulf views, and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a king bed and en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 (bunk room) has a custom built full over a queen bunk bed and a twin bunk bed, with an en suite bath with a vanity, shower/bathtub combination, and a built-in city closet.

Rooftop Deck:

This oversized rooftop deck space provides seating and fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key, St. Armand’s Circle, Pansy Bayou and Sarasota Bay, and the downtown Sarasota skyline. It is the perfect space for any time of day, but it is especially wonderful for sunrises over Sarasota and Sunsets over the Gulf.

"Ringling Estate was as fabulous as I thought it would be- perhaps even more so. The house was grand, large enough for 10 people to sleep comfortably- all the amenities you could possibly imagine and within walking distance to everything! Pool and slide were a hit with the kids and the canal brought manatees everyday! Although expensive, the extra touches if you look in the description were well worth it as was the location. How wonderful to have an elevator for my 92 year old mom:) by far the best though, was our contact person named Hemmy who was a delight from start to finish. Any questions that came up were answered immediately via text. We all loved him! Thank you Vunique!

The space is plentiful, making it perfect for family gatherings, and its location is unbeatable - nestled in the serene beauty of Lido Key. What made our stay exceptionally delightful was the proximity to the beach. The tranquil waters and the soft, sandy beaches were just a stone's throw away, offering us the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Furthermore, the estate's closeness to St. Armands Circle added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. "What an amazing experience at the Ringling Estate! The home is stunning but the location is the real star…a short walk to Lido Beach or St.Armands Circle and backs to a canal where we paddleboarded with manatees . Paddle board and kayak were provided, along with multiple games such as cornhole, ping pong , nintendo and even a golf simulator, all of which kept our 3 grandsons entertained when not enjoying the beautiful pool /and hot tub or the beach. House was immaculate with many additional amenties and the staff were in touch daily to assure everything was perfect…and it was!

"Everything about this property was amazing-inside and out. It was pristine upon arrival and the attention to detail in terms of the furnishing, linens, kitchenware and all other amenities is extraordinary. The master bath is alone is a work of art. The property has amazing views from all of its decks, especially the roof deck and we particularly enjoyed watching the local wildlife! This is a property you never need to leave during the entirety of your stay and we found it hard to do so. The pool (with a slide), hot tub and outside eating bar area provides everything you need to while away your days! We highly recommend this property.

"Our extended family of 12 enjoyed this spacious, modern home, situated on a canal one block from Lido beach. The living area is upstairs with an elevator for easy access. The property has many outdoor spaces to enjoy, including a rooftop deck, second floor balcony and a beautiful pool area. We all loved the pool and adjoining hot tub. The pool slide was a big hit! "Our family of 11 included grandparents, children and grandchildren. This home was perfect in every way for our needs! Enough bedrooms, baths, inside spaces to gather and the outdoor spaces were incredible too! We had room to spread out and gather and the joke was, if anyone has a bad attitude, go find another corner of the house because there are plenty to find! They thought of everything when setting up the house. Being in construction and design, they created well planned spaces, plenty of room for storage and items that we needed to cook in, be entertained and enjoy the water and great biking around the area! They thought of EVERYTHING! Location was perfect for us too! So close to walk or bike to Lido and enjoy the dining and shopping on the square! The communication was unbelievable before, during and after. We had a small thing come up at the house and within 15 minutes they sent over someone to tend to it. Everyone was incredibly inviting, warm, helpful and just as excited as we were for us to be there! We’re definitely looking forward to another stay in the future! "I spent a week in August at the Ringling Estate in Lido Key with my family of 12. The house is amazing, comfortable, modern and offers a variety of spaces to spend time together cooking, playing games, relaxing in the pool plus lots of other fun stuff. The location is perfect because while the house feels secluded it's just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the commercial area of Lido Key. Also, the service and support provided by Vunique Vacations staff was outstanding!
