Across the street from Siesta Beach Access 7! This amazing home is literally steps to the sands of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. It’s also only a short walk or even faster bike ride to Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. It’s in such a great location! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

Given the location, the views from this home are killer! It's always about the location and the view, and this home has both! The views are incredible from sunrise to sunset from ALL levels of this Siesta Key luxury vacation rental! With balconies on all levels, and an oversized 500 square foot roof top deck, there is not a bad view in this home. You’ll enjoy the outdoor living spaces throughout the home via outdoor covered patios, balconies, pool area, and entertainment spaces. Speaking of fun spaces, let’s talk about the pool! You’ll enjoy the waterfall wall that offers a decorative privacy feature. The spa overflows into the pool, and the ledge functions as a swim up bar with 5 pool bar stools! Around the pool you’ll find plenty of chairs and loungers, and adjacent to the pool is the covered patio area that features a TV, pub tables and additional seating. These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).

This nearly 4,000 square foot home provides great views and balconies on all levels. This home has an elevator with service to all floors, including the rooftop deck. This home provides 6 bedrooms (6 with en suite baths), and 6 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 4 king beds and 2 custom full over California king bunk beds. It comfortably sleeps 16 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony with great views. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also offers a club room or secondary living space. The club room is just off the rooftop deck space and supports it very well.

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

Accessibility - in addition to the home’s elevator access to all levels, most doorways and walkways are 30 inches or larger, and walk-in showers in Baths 1-4 & 6. Please see the Photos, 3D Tour, & Video for this home.

Floor Plan Description (by level):

Ground Level:

Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered & 2 driveway spaces). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space and pool that was previously described. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort and an outdoor grill (natural gas). The home’s ping pong table and beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's three (3) living levels and rooftop deck above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

You'll find 4 bedrooms on this level. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each feature a custom-built full over California king bunk bed. Both bunk rooms feature en suite bathrooms and a vanity, with Bedroom 5 featuring a shower/bathtub combination and Bedroom 6 featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a private balcony, king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a washer/dryer on this floor.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a full range and cooktop with hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, trash and recycling storage, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The living area is very comfortably appointed with smart TV and Gulf views. The dining area here seats 18 people comfortably via a 14-person custom dining table, 4-person kitchen island bar top. The home’s main balcony is off the great room and has additional seating, and sunset and Gulf views. Master bedroom 1 is also on this level, and it features Gulf views, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a half bath and washer/dryer on this floor.

The Third Level of Living & Rooftop Deck (4th Floor):

You'll find the home's club room with seating and gaming systems - Nintendo and Playstation in this room, foosball, beverage refrigerator, a half bathroom, and access to the roof top deck. These are great, entertaining spaces. You'll also find master bedroom 2 here, with Gulf views and a large en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in double shower. This rooftop space is an elevated outdoor living space, and it is perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing elevated outdoor living space that overlooks all of Siesta Key.

"Vunique’s condo was absolutely perfect for our large group. It was very clean. The house comes with everything you need for a beach vacation with a large group: bikes and helmets, beach wagons and coolers, and beach/pool towels. The kitchen is well stocked. "We had five couples that got together to vacation and celebrate our anniversary’s. We all loved the location and being able to walk to the beach or to Siesta Key Village. Even though it is across the street from the beach you could still see the water from the balconies and the rooftop area. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The whole place was tastefully and beautifully decorated. It was also very clean! Unreal Experience!

"We stayed at The Rooftop in Siesta Key and it was an unreal experience. The house we stayed in was top of the line but the customer service was just as good. We had 12 people with us and it had the perfect layout for that big of a group. The Pool was luxurious to say the least, you couldn’t have asked for a better place to hang out and relax. It is shaded as well for the most part which some may want sun but everyone in our group enjoyed that as we got plenty of sun by the beach! When you stay at that nice of a place you hope for a perfect stay and the property management team definitely made it that way. There was one minor hiccup that was not their fault and within an hour they had two people there fixing it and stopping in to make sure everything else was going okay. You are right across from the beach access point with incredible views from all floors of the house. You are a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of Downtown Siesta Key. I will 100% be back, would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a great family vacation or going with a group of friends!!!

"We loved our stay at The Rooftop! It was a short walk to the village and directly across the street from the most beautiful beach. Vunique was the best to work with from start to finish. "Stayed at this property with some childhood friends and our teens. House is pristine and in an amazing location right across from beach and 2 blocks from village. Pool was fantastic. Outdoor balconies were perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and each had its own bathroom. Kitchen was spotless and all utensils and appliance seemed brand new. TVS everywhere you could ask for. "We just held our family reunion in The Rooftop on Siesta Key. This property is gorgeous and was perfect for our group of three seniors and three children, and seven grandkids. This home offers six bedrooms with ensuite baths, two half baths, two laundry rooms, an elevator, an incredible pool and spa, bikes, and top of the line kitchen. Next door to the Village and across the street from the beach, this four-story home is ideal. We all had an amazing week. The Vunique team was delightful to work with, and communicated immediately to answer questions. We are already talking about our return next summer. Thank you!!!

"We had an amazing stay - the property was beautifully decorated, very well maintained/stocked - we had everything we needed (modern appliances, etc). The pool was perfect. Super close to beach access with all the beach gear ready to go. I very much appreciated the text communications prior to arrival. And we also LOVED not having a big to-do list at our departure. We are a clean group of 40 something women - but still, it was great just to enjoy our trip to the last special moment. "We absolutely loved the home for our family vacation! Gorgeous place, wonderful location, great service & communication, fabulous pool & hot tub, everything we could hope for! We ordered pizza’s twice, but ate in most of the time with every amenity we needed. Adults ate out one evening at nearby “The Cottage” which was delicious. We took walks or runs along the Beach Rd. or beach every day & walked across to the beach each night for sunset & the ocean waves were played in daily. We enjoyed putting the 1000 piece puzzles together on the large family room table all week. Two laundry rooms helped out with keeping the beach towels clean. There were 12 of us with 6 adults & 6 kids & there were 6 beautiful bedrooms & 6 full baths with 2 half baths among us. So perfect! The upstairs game room & porch views were used constantly as well. The views of the ocean were great and you cannot be at the pool and hot tub. You are a quick walk away from the beach and the main strip with all the stores and restaurants.
