If you want to adventure further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

The views are incredible from sunrise to sunset from ALL levels of this Siesta Key luxury vacation rental! With balconies on all levels, and an oversized 400 square foot roof top deck. You’ll enjoy the various outdoor living spaces throughout the home via outdoor covered patios, balconies, pool area, and entertainment spaces. Now, let’s talk about the pool! You’ll enjoy the tranquil sounds of the waterfall wall that offers a decorative privacy feature. The heated spa overflows into the pool and comfortably fits 5-6 people. Around the pool you’ll find plenty of chairs and loungers, and adjacent to the pool is the covered patio area that features a TV, pub tables and additional soft seating. These spaces are all within the fenced back yard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).

This nearly 4,000 square foot home provides great views and balconies on all levels. This home has an elevator with service to all floors, including the rooftop deck. This home provides 6 bedrooms (4 with en suite baths), and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 4 king beds, 1 custom full over king bunk bed, and 1 custom full over full bunk bed. It comfortably sleeps 16 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony with great views. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also offers a club room or secondary living space (queen sleeper sofa located here). The club room is just off the oversized rooftop deck space and supports it very well.

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

You'll find 4 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony access with peeking gulf views overlooking Beach Road. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and peeking gulf views. Bedroom 5 features a full over king bunk bed and pool views. Bedrooms 5 & 6 share a bath with a shower/bathtub combination. Bedroom 6 features custom full over full bunk beds that comfortably sleep 4 and a city style closet. There is a washer/dryer on this floor.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen that includes a full range and cooktop with hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, trash and recycling storage, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The living area is very comfortably appointed with smart TV and Gulf views. The dining area here seats 12-13 people comfortably via an 8-9 -person custom dining table and a 4-person kitchen island bar top. The home’s main balcony is off the great room and has additional seating for 8, and sunset and Gulf views. Master bedroom 2 is also on this level, and it features balcony access with Gulf views, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is a half bath and washer/dryer on this floor.

The Third Level of Living & Rooftop Deck (4th Floor):

You'll find the home's club room with the queen sleeper sofa and gaming systems - Nintendo and Playstation in this room, beverage refrigerator, a half bathroom, and access to the roof top deck. These are great, entertaining spaces. You'll also find Master Bedroom 1 here, with Gulf views, direct rooftop access, and a large en suite bathroom with vanity, soaker tub, and walk-in shower. This rooftop space is an elevated outdoor living space, and it is perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing elevated outdoor living space that overlooks all of Siesta Key.

"We stayed at The Upper Deck for a celebration with 16 people and had an absolute blast. The home seemed brand new and it was immaculately maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The pool and hot tub, as well as the outdoor amenities like ping pong, the grill, and the outdoor living room made for a great stay. The bikes and beach chairs enhanced the experience of getting to the beach across the street. And the proactive text message check-ins were helpful to know the owners were attentive.

"We had 6 couples in our group for a getaway weekend. The property is in an excellent location within walking distance of a great beach as well as Siesta Key Village. The property was as listed, clean, beautiful, and stocked with all kinds of kitchen cooking and serving supplies. The property manager was extremely responsive to any and all questions. We accidentally left some personal items. The property manager went over to the property immediately to retrieve the items and they were sent to us within days. "My husband and I stayed 3 nights with our kids and grandkids, all 16 of us, and had a wonderful time. We have stayed in Siesta Key many times over the years. This property was just as it was advertised, check in and check out was super easy, and the “starter pack” with dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and trash bags was an added plus! The property manager met us at the property and went over the basics of the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The views from the property were great and access to the beach was easy, especially with the wagons, beach chairs, and coolers provided. "We were a group of extended family gathering for our wedding. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 10 for us to all be together and also find individual space for down town. We were met by the property manager at check-in. He did a great job with our walk through and pointing out all the features and amenities of the property. Excellent location provided sunning ocean views from multiple levels, as well as easy access to the beach and Siesta Key Village (5 min walk). The beach chairs, wagons and bikes were all in excellent condition and well-maintained. The pool had the perfect amount of shade and sun and was also well-maintained. Lots of pool towels provided. "Property was excellent. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Elevator was a must for the elders in our family and for bringing in luggage or groceries. Pool area was beautiful looked like a resort. Rooftop deck was a hit especially for watching the sunset. The only negatives with our stay (and these have nothing to do with the house) is the mosquitoes were really bad even with bug spray on. Also the walk to the beach was very long and tiring. But we ended up renting a beach wheelchair and it worked great! Made things so much easier. It was a truly enjoyable family vacation! "Directly across from beach access, short walk to excellent restaurants, and market. Unobstructed views of the ocean from several decks and rooms. Well furnished with most everything a large group would need. The heated hot tub and pool made it difficult to leave the yard.
