Just steps across the street from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach, and about a casual walk or very quick bike ride to Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. This location is in the middle of everything! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

This home is perfect for any vacation, whether you’re traveling with family or friends, and regardless of age ranges, there is something for everyone! This home provides tons of outdoor living space between covered patios, balconies, pool area, and entertainment space. The heated saltwater pool and spa features a waterslide, swim up barstools, and a sun-shelf area that is perfect for lounging or for the kids to play. The oversized spa will comfortably fit 6-8 people. At the backside of the pool, there is a 6-hole mini-golf course that will for sure create some fun competition. The covered patio space includes a large smart TV and multiple seating and dining options! These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). As you go up in this home, you’ll find multiple balconies with seating and amazing views on all levels, ending at the roof top deck that features wide open Gulf of Mexico and Siesta Key views.

This nearly 4,000 square foot home has high ceilings that are vaulted in many areas. It also has well-placed windows and sliding doors to bring in great natural light and complement the wonderful views throughout the home. This home has an elevator with service to all floors (except the rooftop). This home provides 6 bedrooms (all with en suite baths), and 6 full baths and 2 half baths. There are 4 king beds, 1 California king bed, and 1 custom full over king bunk bed. It comfortably sleeps 14 people in beds. The home was designed with a main level of living located on the top floor so that everyone can enjoy the views! The main gathering space is set up as the perfect entertaining space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony with wonderful views. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also features a club room or secondary living area that has a wet bar with wine fridge, a shuffleboard table, card table, wall Scrabble, wall Tic Tac Toe, ample seating, smart TV, and more. There is also balcony access directly off this space for you to enjoy, and it also offers Gulf views.

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

Accessibility - in addition to the home’s elevator access to all levels, most doorways and walkways are 30 inches or larger, and walk-in showers in Baths 1-4 and 6. Please see the Photos, 3D Tour, & Video for this home.

Floor Plan Description (by level):

Ground Level:

Free parking for up to 5 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 3 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (family & pet friendly), including the covered patio space. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort and an outdoor grill (natural gas). The home’s ping pong table and beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level features a club room, as previously described, with amazing amenities, games, gaming consoles, balcony access, and Gulf views. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor, including 1 of the home’s 2 master bedrooms. Master bedroom 1 features balcony access with Gulf views, king bed, walk-in closet, and an oversized en suite bath with double vanity, shower and a freestanding soaker bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a king bed, ‘jack and jill’ closets, rear balcony access with pool and city views, and en suite baths with vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath and washer/dryer on this level.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

Here, you'll find the main great room with Gulf views. The fully stocked kitchen includes a range and hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, dishwasher, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. These spaces are very well appointed with drinkware, cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The dining and living areas have a dining table for 12, island bar top table for 5, and a comfortable living room. The balcony on this level has wide open Gulf views, balcony dining for 8, and the spiral staircase access to the roof top deck for even better Gulf and sunset views! There are 3 bedrooms on this floor including the home’s 2nd Master Bedroom (Bedroom 4) that features balcony access with Gulf views, king bed, 2 closets, and an en suite bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 features a California king bed, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 features a custom full over king bunk bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. There is also a half bath and washer/dryer on this level.

The Rooftop Deck:

This rooftop space is perfect for enjoying sunrise over Siesta and greater Sarasota, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. There is seating provided, so be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing elevated outdoor living space that overlooks all of Siesta Key.

"Thank you, thank you for an amazing stay! Our home was absolutely gorgeous, so clean and perfect for our large family - no one wanted to leave! Direct beach access was just across the street and we loved the bikes, beach chairs, coolers, etc that you provided for us to use. "We had 10 adults and three children under five for our family get together in March this year. The house was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The Vunique staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including purchasing a meat thermometer for us, and bringing it to the house. "This home was everything it was advertised to be. Our family of 11, ages 3 to 70 greatly enjoyed this home inside and out! Pool, hot tub, and golf greens provided everyone plenty of activities when we weren't on the beach or in the village. The maintenance staff were responsive to the very minor issues that arose. They responded Immediately to texts and the staff was very pleasant when we chatted with them. "My family & I absolutely loved our stay here! Firstly, we had unfortunate timing with the hurricane on the gulf coast and the staff was not only communicative, they went above any expectations by communicating with us before our stay and ensuring our safety, and absolute FIVE STAR support throughout! The property itself is fantastic, indoors & outdoors! Plenty of space to host our extended family (12 ppl), dining room space for 16 of us when we had friends come for a surprise personal chef dinner! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space for quiet time, and family room space for good laughs throughout the week! The pool and amenities were exceptional - took full advantage of it all once the hurricane cleared thru. "We had an amazing time on our vacation at this home. It was really set up well for a large family group. Our group of 13 had plenty of room. The pool and putt putt golf were very nice and there is a great beach access right across the street. We rented a golf cart from zoom around which I highly recommend and cribs and a high chair from ABC Rentals. Both companies were recommended by the property manager and the process was seamless and easy. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived. On a side note, I would also recommend Dolphin Transportation for a large group to get from the airport to this property. Prices were super reasonable and they were very prompt and professional. This trip will be hard to beat next year

"We loved staying here. It was in beautiful, pristine condition and had so much space for a big group. The pool and backyard was our favorite feature - a beautifully heated and lighted pool at night time, with a stone looking slide, turf putt-putting, loungers, an outdoor dining space AND a tv space with couches. "This property is magical. Truly a unique and refreshing experience. Location was great. Just a block away from the beach. Everything was clean and practical. From the bicycles that are available for use, to laundry facilities, to the coolers on property that are great for the beach, it seems as everything was thought of and is available at this place. Tons of space for the whole family. Even extended family! Roof top sunset views are A plus. The pool and hot tub are great for night swims and unwinding. I would definitely recommend this property.

"We were on vacation simply to chill out after a stressful August/September. The backyard pool was amazing and we used many times. There was a brief walk to the beach and any equipment that we might need was provided. The kitchen was well stocked so meal prep was easy. "We were on a mom and daughter trip with 6 10 years old and 6 moms and this place was perfect, the house is beautiful. Each of the 6 bedrooms had connecting bathrooms so all of our families had their own space, but there was also another bathroom on each level. Towels were included as was a washer and dryer so we were able to wash/dry the pool towels multiple times during our stay. The backyard has a pool, hot tub, slide and a few mini golf holes- the kids loved it! There are 3 levels and an elevator on the main level, the second level more of an entertainment space and the top level the kitchen. The house is very roomy with plenty of space for everyone, there are also multiple patios outside. The location was great, right across the street from a beach access and walking distance in to The Village. There is also a trolley that runs, that is free or a few other services that can be called, that run on tips, that will take you the village. "This was a great property! We had 3 families altogether, which hasn't ever happened. There was enough space and things to do for kids and adults. Beautiful House!

"This is a beautiful house to spend time at the beach in siesta key! Plenty of room for families..we had 6 adults and 4 children. The pool area is amazing ..so fun with the slide and the golf too! Beds, bedding, dishes are quality. Crows nest is fun to watch amazing sunsets and the house is right across from the beach. Siesta Key has so much to offer downtown too. We will definitely come back!
