It’s the perfect mix of fun when you want it, and quiet when you need it. You’re also within 2 blocks from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach (Beach Access 12), so walkability here is incredible! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota’s Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach (shark tooth hunting), Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!
This house is special! You must see this 60 foot long waterslide to believe it – it’s a water park in your backyard! And, with the club room providing a 10 ft x 12 ft projection screen that functions as a fully operation golf simulator with course play, and doubling as a movie screen that is connected to all streaming services and the home’s gaming systems – Nintendo and Playstation, this home is vacation and entertainment central! You’ll have access to so many amazing outdoor living spaces! The pool and covered patio are showstoppers! This resort style, water park like, heated saltwater pool and spa is one of a kind. The 60-foot-long waterslide starts 11 feet up off the ground on the 1st level of living (2nd floor) and ends in the gigantic pool below. Within the pool, you’ll find a beach entry area that is perfect for kids or adults, sun shelf with loungers, and so much more. At the back of the pool, you’ll find putt-putt golf and a turfed area perfect for lounging. The covered patio space features a pool bar with 2 TVs and outdoor grill (natural gas), custom outdoor dining table, lounging and seating spaces and ceiling fans throughout, and ping pong. These spaces are all within the fenced in backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). It also abuts Sabal Lake, which is fed from Sarasota Bay and is home to birds and marine life and offers a nice backdrop. As you go up in this home, you’ll find multiple balconies with outdoor living spaces and Sabal Lake views.
Once inside this 4,300 square foot home, you’ll notice the elevator with service to all floors, the vaulted ceilings, amazing natural light, and fantastic floorplan with luxury level craftsmanship and design throughout. This home provides 6 bedrooms (all with en suite baths) and 6 full baths and 1 half bath throughout the home. There are 5 king beds and 2 sets of custom full over full bunk beds. It comfortably sleeps 18 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space as it includes the kitchen with butler pantry, living, and dining areas of the home with access to oversized rear balcony overlooking the pool and Sabal Lake, and the treehouse like front balcony set among the grandfather oaks. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust.
This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all of your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

Ground Level:
Free parking for up to 6 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 4 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. This entire area, as previously described, is incredible! The club room is located just off the pool area, but inside the home and connected to the foyer space. As shared, this club room provides a golf simulator, movie and gaming room. The home’s beach equipment can be found in the garage, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's single living level above.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen with butler pantry and includes cooktop with griddle and exhaust hood vent, double ovens, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, double trash and recycling storage, double dishwashers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. It also includes a butler’s pantry featuring a wine refrigerator and separate bar sink. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The dining area provides a dining table for 10 and bar seating at the kitchen island for 6. The living room provides custom furniture that is so comfortable and convenient and a smart TV and cozy decor. This great room also includes a dedicated workspace. There are also 2 balconies on this level - the front balcony offers rocking chairs overlooking large, beautiful oak trees that provide plenty of shade, while the rear balcony features a second dining space for up to 8 and additional lounging space that overlooks the pool and lake. All 6 bedrooms and baths are on this floor. The master features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large 'wet room' with separate shower and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 2-5 each feature king beds, smart TVs, and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 6 is the home’s bunk room, featuring two sets of full over queen bunk beds, with additional built in dedicated workspaces for homework, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. Also located on this floor is a half bath and laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryer units.
