On the beach block, meaning you don’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach! You’re literally within 1 block of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach, and a really easy walk or short bike ride to South Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. This super fun entertainment district is literally right around the corner, and it has something for everyone, and it is quickly becoming a guest favorite! But, even with this proximity, this Point of Rocks neighborhood is quiet, so it provides the perfect mix of fun when you want it, and quiet when you need it. And, as we shared, you’re within a block to the beach too, so walkability here is incredible! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota’s Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach (shark tooth hunting), Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

This home is perfect for any vacation, any family or group regardless of age ranges, and it has proven time and again that there is something for everyone here! The heated saltwater pool and spa features a waterslide and sun-shelf area with bubblers and lights that is perfect for lounging or for the kids to play. The oversized spa makes its use very comfortable. Beside the pool area you’ll find a large open-air patio space with loungers. Nearby, you’ll find the covered patio space that includes a large smart TV, multiple seating and dining options, outdoor grill (natural gas), ping pong and mini-basketball hoop! It is the perfect place to relax after a day spent at the beach! These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home’s pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).

This approximately 2,600 square foot coastal farmhouse is charming through and through! You’ll love it, we promise! It also has well placed windows and sliding doors to bring in great natural light, keeping things light and bright. This home has an elevator with service to all floors.

This home provides 5 bedrooms (all with en suite baths), and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have balcony access. There are 4 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It comfortably sleeps 14 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining area of the home with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it’s also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also boasts a game room with multiple gaming consoles – Nintendo, Playstation, and more – and assorted board games.

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

Accessibility - in addition to the home’s elevator access to all levels, most doorways and walkways are 30 inches or larger, and walk-in showers in Baths 1-5. Please see the Photos, 3D Tour, & Video for this home.

Floor Plan Description (by level):

Ground Level:

Free parking for up to 5 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 3 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. As we already shared, it’s such a great space for everyone. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort. The home’s beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

Here, you'll find the main great room and balcony. The great room features a fully stocked kitchen with a range and hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, dishwasher, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. These spaces are very well appointed with drinkware, cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The kitchen also includes a dining area with a custom island dining table for 16. The dining table is such a cool feature, and all of our guests love it for entertaining, especially around the holidays! Just off this space is a comfortable living room with seating (queen sleeper located here) and balcony access. The balcony on this level extends the interior living space and complements it well! There is 1 bedroom on this floor, master bedroom 1, and it features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath off the great room and a laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level features the remaining 4 bedrooms, and all of them feature en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom 2 (bedroom 2) features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity. Bedroom 3 (balcony access) & 4 both feature a king bed and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 features a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and an en suite bath that features a vanity and shower/bathtub combination. There is a game room on this floor with multiple gaming consoles, board games, and more. There is another half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well.

"Our family vacation at Crescent House was fabulous. Despite the unseasonably chilly weather the kids enjoyed the heated pool, slide and spa. They had a ball. The staff was very helpful. When our car battery died and we were a bit late leaving they were so understanding and offered ideas of places to contact for assistance.

"We loved the house! It's large with open spaces and roomy bedrooms. Great kitchen and common area for large groups -- we were able to hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the pool and hot tub in the back yard are fantastic. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Hosts communicated throughout our stay and made sure everything was going well. They accommodated our request for an early check-in which was a nice bonus. Would certainly stay here again. "We stayed at the Crescent Beach House with our family for a week. The house fit great for the twelve of us. Each adult couple had their own suite and bathroom. The grandkids loved the bunkroom. "Crescent Beach House was a fabulous place to share with our children and grandchildren. It was immaculate and well-equipped when we arrived. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the great room/kitchen was a wonderful place to gather. We all loved the pool with the slide and the spa and spent countless hours playing there. The walk to gorgeous Siesta Beach is short, so it is convenient to go on the spur of the moment or run home for a forgotten item. Our granddaughters (3 and 4.5) also enjoyed the proximity to Turtle Beach playground, and the trolley to town was a highlight. We enjoyed using the bikes for short rides. Vunique was amazing to work with. Our vacation was all we had hoped for and more!

Perfect Family Getaway

"This property exceeded our expectations and made for the perfect home base for our three-generation family vacation. The kitchen is spacious and very well-appointed. We made many of our meals in-house, and there was plenty of room for several people to prep and cook at the same time. The pool and patio area are awesome. Another area of the property that is well-stocked. Stacks of neatly rolled pool/beach towels just inside, as well as bikes, helmets, and beach gear in the garage. We visited during peak college basketball season, and loved the outdoor tv for keeping up with the games in the fresh air. The rest of the house--bedrooms, bathrooms, family room--are very true to the photos and served us well. Easy walk to the beach and to some local shops and restaurants. Our best walkable meals came from the Toasted Mango Cafe (we had breakfast) and the Big Water Fish Market. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my dad, and everyone--from age 1 to 70--had a great time at this house and on Siesta Key! "It’s conveniently located with the free trolley going right by the house, but not a noisy busy neighborhood. The rooms are all roomy, and well appointed! The pool deck was such a great way to spend a day having cocktails and snacks with friends. The kitchen… that ISLAND/TABLE! Just gorgeous. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Our extended family of five…

"Our extended family of five adults and five kids (12, 11, 7, 3 and 1) just returned from a week in this beautiful home. It was very, very hard to leave! The home was immaculate. Everything was sparkling clean and new. The kitchen was stocked with every type of dish, glass, pot or utensil you might need. Plenty of clean bath towels, beach towels, and blankets. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone had his or her own bathroom. The garage had 4 new bicycles, an extra refrigerator, a ping pong table, and pool toys. The game room had a big variety of board and card games. The real gem of the house, though, is the pool. The kids loved it so much they didn’t even want to go to the beach, which worked well on the windy, cloudy days. The water slide was a huge hit with the older kids; the sun shelf with fountain kept the one year old busy, and the adults loved relaxing in the hot tub. The outdoor gas barbecue worked perfectly too. We also appreciated being on the “quieter” end of the island and enjoyed both Crescent Beach and Turtle Beach. Management was quick to respond to any questions. We absolutely would love to return next year!

"Overall a great 10 day vacation. The beds were comfortable & the linens were nice. Nice modern decor. We really appreciated the washer/dryer on both floors. The kids loved the pool! If you prefer more privacy, request the B unit. It has more parking (some off the main road) and whoever stays on the A side can’t see you. We had unit A and the people staying on the B side could see us anytime they wanted from multiple vantage points. I don’t particularly like that. "We came together from across the country to meet at the house in Sarasota and it was more spectacular than our expectations! We had a blast in the house, LOVED the kitchen and kitchen table that allowed us to dine together each meal! The owners just need to install a train around the table top to facilitate easy passing! LOL! We LOVED the pool and the waterslide! We had one issue with the elevator getting stoped (pretty sure we bumped the stop button on the way out) but the property manager responded quickly and the technician was prompt and efficient! We didn't even know he was there until he told us it was fixed and he was leaving! Speaking of the property manager, she was in touch before and throughout our stay and was very helpful. "Fantastic is the best way to describe this home-fabulous location with privacy yet close to the beach and restaurants. "We gathered as a family of 11 to celebrate a milestone birthday…and Crescent Beach House did not disappoint! The house is gorgeous and very well appointed. The pool was perfect for our 5 grandchildren 2 to 8 years old. The beach is a short walk and the house has everything you need including beach toys. We enjoyed the sunsets and even had a wonderful dolphin show! The property management company was very responsive and accommodating. We would all highly recommend Crescent Beach House. Don’t miss the ice cream at Siesta Creamery and the lobster roll at Big Water Fish Market just a short walk from the house. Instacart made life a breeze…we never left the house!
