Plus, as we mentioned, you’re within a block of the beach as well, so walkability here is phenomenal! If you wish to explore further, without the inconvenience of driving, you’ll discover multiple stops nearby for the complimentary trolley that offers transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You’re also merely a short Uber/Lyft ride to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to Sarasota’s Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. The resort style pool and heated spa boasts a waterslide and sun-shelf area with bubblers and lights that are just right for lounging or for the younger guests to play. Adjacent to the pool area, you’ll discover a sizable open-air patio space with loungers. Nearby, you’ll encounter the sheltered patio space housing a sizable smart TV, numerous seating and dining options, outdoor grill (natural gas), ping pong, and darts! It is the ultimate spot to unwind after a day spent at the beach! These areas are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security, rendering it family-friendly and ideal for the home's pet-friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).
This approximately 2,600 square foot coastal farmhouse is so charming from top to bottom! You’ll adore it, we assure you! It also boasts strategically positioned windows and sliding doors to invite plenty of natural light in, maintaining an airy and luminous atmosphere. This home includes an elevator with service to all floors.
This home offers 5 bedrooms (each with en suite baths), and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. 2 of the 5 bedrooms are complete with balcony access. There are 4 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It comfortably accommodates 14 people in beds. The living room is arranged as the ideal gathering spot, encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we emphasize this because we understand how crucial it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it equipped, but it’s also equipped with the brands and products you trust. This home also features a game room with multiple gaming consoles – Nintendo, Playstation, and more – as well as an assortment of board games like a full size Connect 4 game.
This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

Floor Plan Description (by level):
Ground Level:
Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 2 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. As we already shared, it’s such a great space for everyone. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort. The home’s beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
This level features the great room, balcony overlooking the pool, and master bedroom. The great room features a fully stocked kitchen with a range and hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, dishwasher, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. These spaces are very well appointed with drinkware, cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The kitchen also includes a dining area with a custom island dining table for 16. The dining table is such a cool feature, and all of our guests love it for entertaining, especially around the holidays! Just off this space is a comfortable living room with seating (queen sleeper located here) and balcony access. The balcony on this level extends the interior living space and complements it well! The balcony is furnished with 2 high top tables with seating for 8. There is 1 bedroom on this floor, master bedroom 1, and it features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with “wet room” including an oversized shower with dual shower heads and a free-standing soaker tub. There is also a half bath off the great room and a laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
This level features the remaining 4 bedrooms, and all of them feature en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom 2 (bedroom 2) features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, “wet room” including an oversized shower with dual shower heads and a free-standing soaker tub. Bedroom 3 & 4 both feature a king bed and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 features a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and an en suite bath that features a vanity and shower/bathtub combination. There is a game room on this floor with multiple gaming consoles, board games, and more. There is another half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well.
